¹²  For the Word of God is alive and active.  It cuts more keenly than any two-edged sword, piercing as far as the place where soul and spirit meet, to where joints and marrow come together.  ¹³  It sifts the desires and thoughts of the heart.  There is nothing in Creation that can hide from Him, everything lies exposed and open to the eyes of the One to whom we must give an account of ourselves.
